Stock rims or wider? Stockers will take a 275 max...I run a 285 on an 8.5" rim.

275/60 Falkens like Nonnie has on the front all the way around with a 3/5 drop.

I'm considering a wider 17" and the M&H 345/40s, they're 12" wide DOT drag radials...

I honestly think Nonnie's 285's would fit on the rear of mine just fine... And probably look better

You're going to have a hard time finding any tire to hook up worth a damn with your new stuff. Unless its a slick on a prepped surface...

hehe im not so much concerend with "hooking up" on the 17's cause i still have the radials on the 16's. Just mainly looking for a good street tire that won't spin at the touch of the throttle like the poor lil tires i have now! haha

275/55/17 - 28.9". Not sure if it's to short for your application, but they work great on mine. 20psi I can still burn them easily unfortunately.
