Kyles Z71 had a Open DIff i think..
Ive seen a few like that.

What kind of retard would order or buy a Z71 without a locking rear diff?

The G80 is great as long as you're daily driving, with the occasional snowy/icy road, and boat launches...

Generally if you beat the **** out of it, it wears out.

The G80 in my Blazer only locks up about 40% of the time now... Too much off-roading, and drifting in the snow, lol. (and it's the 8.5" I have in mine)

my g80 lasted til about 180k , until i broke the whole carrier. i put a used one out of an 06 and havnt had any trouble since and now have 280k
