I was looking into getting a 2/4 Drop for my truck. I wanted to go with Hotchkis because I would rather change the rear leaf springs instead of the hangers. Well I was told that Hotchkis doesn't recommend using there 2/4 drop on the CrewCab. I tried to contact Hotchkis but never got a response from them. Does anyone know why they don't recommend using there 2/4 drop on a CrewCab? Is anyone here using the Hotchkis 2/4 Drop on a CrewCab? Is there any other brand of lowering kit that replaces the leaf springs instead of replacing hangers?

 

If I remember correctly, Sport Truck magazine just did a 3/4" drop on an 04 or 05 crew. I think it was spindles, coils, leafs and shackles.
