Didnt think they were 31.5" tall. I have 295/45/18 right now but would like to find something in a 50 series with a 300 wear.

Just curious, but why does it need to be a 50 series tire? I've always wanted to know why people say they want a certain percentage of sidewall to tire width. You could run a 225/50/18 or a 335/50/18 and they'd both be 50 series tires.

rim is 18x9.5 225 to narrow and 335 to wide when you look at tire specs tell you range of rim width.

he knows that... hes trying to make a point that saying i want a 50 series is stupid
cause it could mean anything... figure out what width you want then size the sidewall accordingly

only bad part is Nitto's 305/45/18 555r has a wear rating of 100...you might get 10,000 mile out of them

I know just would like a little more side wall. would like to fill wheel well better. Having trouble getting a wide tire with a little more side wall. I have same combo Bigkid had 295/45/18 from the picture view he gave looks great but from the side different story.

I agree. I had the 555r and they are great sticky tires but if you are planning on driving it everyday on those tire, then pick a different tire because they wear out fast. They are very exspensive also. Just my .02
