Jim, Right Again. I know my rear is off center by at least 3/4".. I found that out when checking my alignment with the trusty strings. Hmnn I guess that could be part of the problem also.. Can't I just loosen the U bolts and slide it back the other way?

Also, should I correct that (Off center Rear) Before doing the pinion angles..
Otherwise it would be hard to take into account the Lateral angles W/ the others..

Yes, you need to fix the off center axle first. You'd be extremely lucky if you could get it to slide over any. The center of the leaf packs have a bolt that keeps the leaf pack together. But, there is a pin that sticks out about a 1/2" at the bottom of the leaf pack that the bolt is part of.
The pins go into the holes on the axle pads the leafs sit on. If they were not there, the axle would be hard to center in all kinds of directions when tightening the carriage bolts.
Anyways, I don't know how this is adjustable, but Belltech told me if my axle was off to one side or the other, they had the kit to fix it.
Did you also measure or do a visual of the tires sticking out more to one side than the other? It is also possible that the carrier bearing is off center. It has side to side and forward and back movement when loosened.
One more thing, if you go with more than a 2* shim, you will have to use the shims that have the pin built into the shim that has a longer bolt. If not, the pins will not set into the axle pad holes.
Let me know how it goes and what you find out.

Jim
