2003 SSS AWD, going to add a SC, what to do with tranny? Has 33k miles so far.

Default 2003 SSS AWD, going to add a SC, what to do with tranny? Has 33k miles so far.

Im getting ready to add a magna charger to my stock 2003 silverado ss and was wondering what can I do to help the tranny last a little long besides keep my foot off the floor My truck has 33k miles.

i would do a:
trans-go HD2
Tru-cool 40k cooler
Deep pan
custom transmission tune
these should all help your tranny last a lil longer.. you could also do some servos (either corvette or super servos)

On top of the already mentioned, while your in there make sure you have the aluminum accumulator pistons rather then the plastic ones.
