Default 2004 silvy step side bed bolt torque?

First post on the forum so take it easy please haha, but does anyone know the truck bed bolt torque specs? I have a 2004 step side fiberglass bed and after doing my shackles and bolting the bed back on, the rear 2 bed bolts keep backing out and I can hear it bounce when I hit bumps. I can't seem to find what they should be torqued to so any help would be appreciated thanks!

I use the German goodentite principle on those bolts. They're beefy, you aren't going to hurt them. Just crank down.

Shouldn't need an impact. I've tightened mine up by hand with 3/8 ratchet
