Default 200k miles on 4L60e questions

I am going to be swapping my 4.8 with 200k miles to a newly rebuilt 5.3 with a LS1 cam (i know, same as the LQ9 but the cam was free). My question is, while its out I am debating about a converter but with my 4L60e having 200k miles on it kind of hesitant.

Will the high mileage and a converter hurt the transmission any? Right now it just has a vette servo, cooler, and temp gauge. I am thinking of trailblazer converter due to finances at the moment. Moving in 2 months and money is getting tight......

With that many miles id be nervous to put a stall in it. IDK thats just me. Im wanting to stall my truck with 75k miles but am nervous if i do so ill waste my time and money installing it then the tranny go boom! So im wating til it goes boom ( which shouldnt be long due to the way i drive ) and put a 6l80e.

True. I have thought about it, and done more research. I am going to stick with my stock converter for now, and when it blows up I will put a higher stall in.

Trailblazer I6 converter shouldnt hurt it.. but the new found power prolly will.
Thought about getting it freshened up before putting more power thru it?

I have thought about it but with moving fromt Vermont to Florida in 2months, and finances being a little tight due to the move I'm not able to. Figured I would run it until it goes, then swap a 4L80E in. If I had more time before the move I would get it done in a heart beat.

Had an 80E in my old 1994 6.5 diesel ..... transmission had around 300-350k miles and still was going strong ..... it outlasted the engine anyways . Engine spun a bearing lol
