im looking at getting some centerline stingrays 20.0 x 8.5 hi-polish forged wheel 5.4" backspacing.
ill be installing a hotchkis 2/4 TVS kit on the truck. can i fit 305/45/20 all around? what about 305s in back and 295 in front or 285?
what will be the ride difference with smaller tires in front?

I have 305/40/20 on mine with stock 8.5 ss wheels. The 305/45/20 would most likely rub on the outer lip of the front fender if you hit a large bump at speed. Mine barely did this one time. I think the back would be fine.

Just my opinion, but that seems a bit dangerous as the minimum approved width for a 305/40 would be a 10" rim
You're gonna have rubbing issues. My advice would be if you are going to use those wheels and do a 2/4 TVS - go with a 265/50 all around

i have those wheels with 275 45 20 tires. if i hit a dip in the highway at speed they will hit the edge of the fenderwell. i am almost positive your will also. i have drop spindles on the front of my truck
