3.23 vs. 4.10's
ok if the rearend is toast, I'm thinking of going 3.23 gears for the road course runs, how much time would I loose at the track??
Now remember with the 4.10's I have now the stall is about 3500 and finishes the 1/4 at the top of 3rd at 5200 rpms.
with 3.23 gears the stall should go up to 4200 and finish top of second gear at around 6k rpms.
so you see the delema ahhahaaa
on another note 3rd gear comes in at around the 330' mark so for 990' its the 3rd gear run.

I don't know Kevin, 3.23's are deff. gonna hurt it at the track and that converter will be looser with them. If you could get a gear to finish in 2nd and not short shift right before the line, that might only cost you a couple tenths.
