I don't know, I might have a shift kit. My dad thinks I do, I don't think so.
How could I tell?
I bought the truck used.
I wish I could post a pic but my camera dosen't work. My dad is guessing the trans. was rebuilt also, we checked the tranny oil and it looks brand new.
Performance wise the truck is visibly stock under the hood, except for the exhaust. No telling what the guy I bought it from took off before he sold it to me.
Thanks,
Nick
PS I was NOT in tow haul!!!

only was to tell is crack it open, check your 3-4 shift solenoid it's on the side of the transmission might have popped out if it was upgraded to a better on ethat a common thing to happen, do a search for shift kit install and try to find some pics

I get 16mpg mixed city and highway, foot is not heavy well i leave the light at 2500rpm but after that it will go to almost 1300rpm when at 30mph i got 4.1 gears with 265/70/17, in the highway at 75 mph i get about 2400rpm and 2500 at 85mph.
In the city i will get over 19mpg if i have light foot(keeping it less than 2000 rpm going from a complete stop then after that the rpm will drop to 1200-1500 at 30-40mph.
