Update:

I located a pair of drop leafs for the back so I am going with a 2/5 drop so I am going with Kumho Ecsta STX 305/50R-20s in the rear and 275/55R-20s in the front.

Waiting to hear back if I can have the tires installed today or tomorrow.

The leafs are already on a little brown truck and my beltech coils are on back order and should ship August 2nd.

I will post some pics of just the tires installed with the 2" drop I already have in the back and then some after the drop is completed.

Thank you guys for you help and advice.

It's not a taller profile, it's actually a tad bit shorter profile and they are almost exactly the same diameter.
