are 410 and 411 a big difference and thank you all for yalls help and advice

No you wouldn't really notice a difference between 4.10 and 4.11

I don't personally know anyone who's done a strength comparison on 4.10 vs 4.11's. Just get yourself a good set from yukon, oem, or motion. The Yukons are very quiet gears, it's what I'm currently running. Upgrading the differential while you're back there wouldn't be a bad idea either. Trutrac or Auburn posi, can't go wrong with either.
