The new style MAFs have a pretty ridiculous scale on them, so the only real limitation would be its accuracy when airflow pushes up into the 80+ lb/min range. Reason I ask is with a MAF, the DynCylAir is found using DynAir as a constant. With an SD tune, DynAir is a calculation based on DynCylAir, which is determined by your calibration. So there is a lot of room for error here. But since you are MAF tuned, I would have to say the blower manifold is the limitation. So yeah, best bet is to drop the rear end gear ratio a bit... That tighter converter will help as well.

What size tire are you using? Any room to go taller? A 2" taller tire will give you approximately the same effective gear as swapping in 3.73. Four tires has to be more economical than two sets of gears.

the previous tire however was 295/45 and I could feel a difference with this one, not sure how much taller this one is however.
I already have the 3.73's, Just need to get them on the truck probably next week. Lots of parts so im trying to prioritize and not mess things up.
