4.30, 4.56, or 4.88's w/a 4l80e?
On the street I run a 31.5-32" tire pretty much w/my 22's.
Which would be the best overall option as far as performance/daily drivability?
I need something badly, especially for the track bc I haven't had anything better than a 2.1 60' even on my 27" tall hoosier's. And of course its such a slow take-off on the street Down the road I may do a 75-150 shot as well

well before it was much, but now (until I get another MPG car) it will be a lot w/my new job I start tomorrow. I normally sit between 65-70 so right now I'm right around 1900-2000rpm.
I've been playing with the calculator and here is what I come up with the rpm/speed:
3.73 - 1950 @ 70 (currently)
*estimates
4.30 - 2300 @ 70
4.56 - 2400 @ 70
4.88 - 2700 @ 70
I don't know how accurate they may be but its all I can go off
the 4.88's sound fun though but really any of them would be a significant improvement

Decide what your 1/4 mile mph goal is and gear accordingly. 4.88's are fun at a stop light but your wasting time shifting into OD at the strip.
O'yea, are you racing or are you driving to work? Is it really worth gaining a tenth or two for a loss of fuel mileage or long term dependability? For some it is, but thats a question you have to answer.
