4 Link Geometry
Hey guys,
I have a Mustang 8.8" rear end that im goin to be putting in my S-10.
Im tryin to do some research on building 4Link suspension.
Ive found alot of info and some of it is contradicting..
anybody help out?
Its goin to be a street/strip truck.. i plan on driving it alot but would like to have it setup to leave really good. its goin to have a 4000 stall or so and nitrous and later on a turbo.
Id really like to see it pull a front tire
but anyway let me know what you know or post up some links please..

im goin to guess these are my options...
!! !! with a panhard for side loads..
or
!\/! Semi 3 link
Its a mustang rear end so it has the top "hoops" so it would fit a "3" link better..

you want your top bars to be level at ride height and your bottom bars to angle up slightly so they meet at a imanginary point 16 inchs in front of your bumper. This keeps the Instant Center very stable, but parraell works to if that would kill your patience.

whose is building your links?Ever looked at suicide doors?
i looked at that site last week, thats a crap ton of money for some metal.
from the research ive found a Triangulated 4 link is the way to go for what im goin to be doin.
looks like this !\/! that way i wont need a panhard.
everything is goin to be adjustable with heims.
i found this awesome 'Calculator' in Excel that has a ton of info.. dunno what half of it means tho..
