Default 40K cooler damaged or is this how they are built?

Just got my 40k today from a seller on ebay. It came with a bunch of fins bent so I went through half of them and then I saw the top corner by the mounting flange. On both sides, they looked like they were bent or dropped. Is this normal or should I send it back? Also there is a dent at the top in the middle but it's not as bad as the picture you see. Thanks guys

Thank you! I didn't think so but it looked uniform from side to side. Looks like I'll have to find somewhere else to buy this cooler from.

Look for Oregon Performance Transmissions. I think they have a website, and are also on ebay.
