It's only been throwing codes sice the rebuild or since the overheating? If only sice the rebuild, bring it back IMO.

ya since the rebuild... i would but that would b the 7th time its been back with overheating and burning up 3&4th

Sounds like you have more issues than just those codes if its been back 7 times for overheating and the 3-4 clutch. But the two codes are circuit electrical that means there is a short or and open in the wiring. plugs or the solenoids themselves and that would not be caused by overheating.
