4L60 wont shift on it own

Default 4L60 wont shift on it own

dang pot holes!!!
last night just my luck i hit a pot hole as the tranny was going into 3rd..it slipd and not wont shift on its own...but it will shift if i start from 2nd then shift manually to 3rd like at about 35mph...then later on to D at 50mph...but then i slow down to a stop and it lets go of the shift compleatly..i have to go back down to 2nd or 1st...
any one know wat the hell hapend and or wat i can do...im low on cash i just replaced my fule pump 2days ago...just my luck...

So in drive it won't move at all? If you have to drop it into manual 1st or 2nd, then it sounds like the forward sprag failed. Time to pop her open.
