Default 4L60e to 4L80e 4x4 swap

I've got a 2002 1500 extended cab 4x4 that I want to do a 4l80e swap in, I'm wondering what would be the cheapest way to do this. I already have the 80e but I've heard a lot of different things and don't know what is and what isn't. i know you have to get the plug conversion, I've heard flex plate spacer, u-joint, a lot of people got different torque converters and I would much much rather just keep the stock converter. Thanks
