I have a 2001 chevy tahoe 4x4.
I'm getting ready to start the 4l80e swap and have read most the forums, just dont want any surprises when it's all apart here's my list what am I missing
99-06 4l80e 4x4 transmission
pcm flash
Driveshaft modification
Crossmember modification
Michagain motorsports harness
transfer case adapter.
2 gaskets for adapter
Flexplate
Flex plate bolts
Torque converter
transfer case input gear.
transmission fluid
Transmission cooler lines
New transmission cooler
Crankshaft flex plate spacer
Help ordering all my parts tomorrow including transmission
if anything is missing please put a part number

Not sure about the transfer case adapter, I did not need one for my Sliverado, only had to replace the input shaft on it.

 

yeah same here, replaced 27 spline input shaft with 32 spline input shaft. 6 round bolt pattern is the same.
