Default 4L60E --> 4L80E transmission mount

I know the swap has been covered a few times but there is something I'm a bit unclear on.

Do the 4L80E and 4L60E have the same trans mount?

I'm not sure if I can reuse my stock one or if I should order a different one. As is, I don't have the one from the 80E. My 80E came out of a 1999 Suburban if that makes any difference.

Thanks!

You can reuse the mount, it has the same bolt spacing.

Sweet! Thank you. One less thing I have to buy!

The stock mount is plenty strong right?

Should be, as IMO the motor mounts should transfer all the tq to the frame, not the transmission mount. The trans mount should only align the engine/trans/driveshaft.
