Anybody have pn on the hi-energy 3-4 clutch pack or is it sold individually, seriously thinking of goin that route, instead of zpak..... Hearing horror stories either way, but more on the zpak than the bw.... Then again most of those horror stories were cars..... At least wanna see how much it is gonna cost to run the hi energy...

Any specific thickness???? Trans was out of a 2000 tahoe with 5.3, goin into my 99..... Got another 2wd core im gonna rebuild and sell, to recoop some funds, (or keep for my sons truck/car if i can ever find him one....) i plan on using all the extra parts ive bought in it... However i am not goin to put in the crap 5 pinions i bought in it, just to save the headache!

Caught pump bushing pulling seal...... Damnit!!!
More carnage in the bottom of the pan....
Got that PITA drain plug out after 2 hours.... Any sugestions on what style to put back in there???

Well got seal outta the pump, nicked the bushing,now i have to press new bearing in!!!! Changed the forward sprag, and realized my buddy whos letting me use the corner of his garage was grinding on the chevelle hes restoring for a guy, and got a bunch of metal shards in my trans with his grinder filling holes!!!!

New bushing in place
New seal
Trans pan cleaned up
New drain plug without that stupid *** rubber seal built in
Cleaned up the band anchor and the plate thing that bolts ne tto the valve body.... Cant remember what its called (and now its bugging me)
