4l60E help?
Already guys the long dreaded 4l60e post! Ha okay here we go!
So I recently got my truck retuned, the tuner said 1-2 shift was stiff and hell, the 2-3 is kinda soft and 3-4 is soft as hell too.
So far all I have is a Transgo HD2 kit and a corvette servo (a Transgo brand) and a Tru Cool 40k tranny cooler
My issue is that when I'm driving (mostly highway speed 55-85) I experience a random flare when the truck is in OD and I press on the gas it feels like I downshifts into 3rd but continues to rev until I either punch it and downshift it into 2nd or I let off and sometimes that doesn't work. Anything I can do? Tranny fluid when I first experienced it was like 1/4 qts low, added it, still does it. The transmission has 20k miles on it since the rebuild (lasted to 256,xxx) and at 80 degree weather I see temps of 150-160 of i drive if nice, also I notice sometimes it lags from 4th to 2nd when I step on it. Any mods I can do and if ao you guys can recommend to me that I can do?
I almost want to flush it but maybe I should just poor BG cleaner in and run it for a day or too and just drain and fill? Or could it be in my tune??! Help

The 4-2 might have something to do with the pin length on the corvette Servo. That also might be the issue with the 2-3 and 3-4 that you described.
By any chance to do you have copy of the tune file?
Do you know the specs on your rebuild?

I may be able to get a copy of the tune file because my under and I have been talking to him about and he has been looking back.
On as far as the rebuild its to whatever is stock the shift kit and the servos were added after.
No the servos only cam with seals, the 2nd cup and the 4th plate. No pin or anything but never had an issue with it till now.

Sounds like burnt 3-4 clutch, the stiff 1-2 is the servo..... Id be looking at the 3/4 accumulator seals and piston, and the pain in the *** 3rd accumulator check valve, as well as going back through the vavle body checking valve bores and solenoids.... What was the reason behind the rebuild??? Was this happening before the shift kit/servo install??(as i understand it you had unit rebuilt the added shift kit?!)

Yes I did get it tuned with the shift kit.
The rebuild was because the sunshell blew up and I lost 2,4,and R. I added a corvette servo at the time I did the shift kit. I also added a spacer (to firm up shifts) in the 2nd accumulator.
