Default 4l60e Lock Up question

My trucks specs are in my signature.

89k on the stock 4l60e with transgo kit, vette servo, and 2600 stall. Issue is the stall just quit locking up at all, unless i manually command to lock with EFI Live and will unlock and lock with no issues.

Its not the tune, so could it be the soleniod is going bad? Or is it something else?

Any help or tips/ past experiences would be awesome.

Zero misfires

I recorded logs last night for Ryan and there was no misfires at all. The trans settings are all the same, just that it quit locking up. It has quit locking up before on a few occasions but it started locking again after i cycled the ignition.

I think whatever was going out finally went out. But what is weird is that i can command it to lock and unlock with efi live and it works great??

Well if the ses is turned off for misfires It wont show a dtc code for misfires. But if your misfire counts or not high enough it will show a misfire & not let the converter lockup. I had to set my misfire counts to 32767.

is the brake switch stuck? I know this keeps the converter from locking as well,

Everything in the tune is good, I trust Ryan. I think the trans is slipping and not causing lockup.

Im going to monitor a few things this weekend.

Thanks for the input!

As far as the TCC Mode I logged it on the way to work just now and it says "AppEn" which i looked up and means Apply Engage. Never reaches a locked reading. *I can still lock and unlock the converter on command with efi live though?

So the pcm is telling it to lock but it wont do it. But when i click on the on or off switch in the trans table she works like a champ??

Any ideas?
