4L60E new and old, 4L65E,700R4 what gears are in these trannys?

so what's the deal with the gears listed in hptuners then? and is anyone running a manual valvebody, vacumn actuated 4l60 in their truck? ( note the missing e, but it's not a 700, cause i'm talkin about using the new style case, with 4l65 internals.)
