4L60E, no manual 2nd gear
'01 RSCB 2WD 5.3, if cruising along in 3rd, and want to manually pull it down to 2nd, once in second it just acts like its in neutral. Same if starting out holding it in first, then upshift to 2nd, nothing. However in regular driving in "D" second gear works fine, upshifting or downshifting. What gives? Stock tranny, just started doing it. Thanks.
