I spoke with FLT and they almost have me convinced on a level 5 or 6 60e.
I also contacted monster transmission but after reading horror stories about them I passed on them. I will prollly pull the trigger on this next week. I just have to pull the trans and place it ona pallet and have it frighted to them along with my planets for them.

I really need to fix my other project car, an MX3 with a bad transmission so when stuff like this happens I can still get arround without being taxied by my wife in her
ML350.

Tranny died Saturday. Taking it to a builder today. Hope to get it out by wednesday with all my new parts in it. Will post up pix soon. The tranny only had 40k on it since it was last rebuilt. This time I am putting in about $1k of new parts in there.

They did not place the fuel lines back in their bracket,* THEY LEFT THEM SITTING ON TOP OF MY EXHAUST!!!! wtf*

They lost 2 bolts, one on each side of the stock exhaust flange, Bolts are over torqued, they did not re connect all the harness the way it was supposed to. They just keft them hanging, Rear seal is leaking and I paid to have that fixed. I wonder what else they messed up.

Updates to come.
A guy I used to work with had one done at aamco because they used to do the transmission work at his prior job. The same thing Happened about 45k after the rebuild and the tranny took a dump. The new builder took it apart and the clutches they used actually came apart. The clutch material seprated from the clutch packs and cloged the filter which burned up the pump... Needles to say it cost him twice as much to fix...
