Slowest turbo build ever!

^^^ If that is the case for 4WD then for me atleast the 80 swap would be worth it since I wouldnt have to get 2 new driveshafts.
But for the OP and the mods he has, no need to go 80E. I drive about the same way as you, maybe just a tad harder and I plan on keeping the 60E for now even when I go turbo.

What about install? Are you pulling it yourself or paying a shop?
It sounds like you treat it somewhat fair. If you go local make sure you find a reputable shop that has been recommended. Take a look inside their shop and it will tell a lot also. How they store tools and transmissions/parts and what not.
I think you could not go wrong with either of the two sponsors mentioned. There is also Gilbert @ Ace transmissions in the DFW area. I have heard nothing but good things about him. There has been a few PB failures somewhat recently. But on the other hand I know of a few that have held up to crazy stuff.
Good luck in your decision.

A friend and I are gonna put it in, and I think I will go with FLT because the local guy I would use quoted me $1500 to rebuild it a little stronger than stock specs, not enough to handle real hp or anything, and $2800 to really build it, both of those with me pulling it and putting it in myself, which I don't have a problem with if I had that much because he did a friends C5 Vette's tranny and he was puttin out 720rwhp or so. But I don't have that much, I can afford a level 3 FLT however.
Also, anyone know what the different levels of FLTs are rated at hp-wise?
