Default 4L60E Servos

My 60E in my '03 Silverado is starting to act up a bit on the 2-3 shift when it gets hot. It has a stock optioned trans cooler on it, but I don't have a gauge to monitor the temps yet. It's not slipping all that bad, it just seems a bit reluctant to shift at part throttle there. I'm mostly stock so I went ahead and ordered the Transgo HD2 shift kit and Vette servo to throw in there. My question is, doesn't the Vette servo only effect the 1-2? I have seen others recommend getting a billet OD servo as well for 4th. Is there another servo that controls the middle gears that I need to look for as well? Is there anything else I should add to it for now that wouldn't require dropping it?
