Default 4l60e starting in second gear

Trans is starting in second and staying in 2nd. Will not manually shift into other gears. I pulled battery cable and drove again. It started in first then staying in second again. Didn't see any blown fuses. Which fuses should I be looking at? What other options do I have to check?

You need to pull codes before you go pulling fuses.
