4l60e is toast
3 weeks after the radix and the 4l60e is toast. Slipping through 1st and 2nd. I am extremely pissed at the moment. The truck is under warranty, but the chances of the dealer stepping up are slim. I am going to take off the efans and take it in Monday.
I would like to step up to a 4l65e, anyone have a good place to get them from? Money is tight considering I just did the radix.
If the dealer steps up I will be surprised. Oh well, pay to play.

If the dealer does step up... you'll be in good shape to turn around and sell a rebuilt like new or brand new tranny... it will put you in a good position to get a beefed up one...
I would try someone like Finish Line performance... unless you know of a shop that will do you right.

I wouldn't bother taking the e-fans off. Once the stealership see the radix it's probably (99%) not gonna get covered under warranty. My stealership wouldn't even look at my truck when I had a misfire. I mean the popped the hood and closed it and said "We can't help you" the end. Be careful they dont flash your PCM back to stock. They like to do that while "Diagnosing" the problem. The only way to get it covered is to pull the Radix, e-fans, and return to stock PCM and play dumb.
