The VHO is an ecsb, right? Hmm, I think there are only a few boosted ECSB's running 11's. I'm close and I've spent way more than that.
you're going to have to look at the trans, the rear-end, and all of bolt-ons.
You gotta start somewhere, pick your poison, which SC?

Just to clear things up but the radix, magnuson, magnacharger are all the same thing fyi. Other supercharger brands are Vortech, Procharger, Kenne Bell, and Whipple to name a few.

If you're just wanting to drag race, I'd recommend the Procharger D-1SC and 3 core intercooler. If you pair it with a built trans and a good converter, along with a custom tune you'll be very close to your goals. Of course you can always go turbo, but you lose alot of reliabililty/drivability. And the bad thing about turbos is they require more fuel system for the power level, so you end up putting alot more $$$ in fuel upgrades.

I DD my truck not a single problem yet.. knock on wood.. and I ride it pretty hard at 6psi, going meth and 8-10 psi soon on the 4.8 until I can get the 6.0 in.
