4L70 to 4L80 swap??

hey guys i have a 06 vmax gmc with the 70e in it and im looking to put an 80E in it soon.
what all am i going to need for this swap?
is it gonna be the same parts list as a 60 to 80 swap
crossmember,driveshaft,speed sensor, flywheel, TC?
Does anyone know how strong theses 4L70E's are?

Yes, same as going from a 60e to 80e.

70e is nothing but a 60e with a few internal differences.

Theres a input speed sensor IIRC, and thats the only substantial difference. They really aren't much tougher than a 60e or 65e. Plenty of 80e swaps on here with parts lists and pictures of the process.
