4L70E hurt-Ideas???
I have a NBS 07 gm 1500 4wd with the 6.0 max pkg. My 4L70E trans has taken a dump and I need to get a new one or try rebuilding this one. A trans line came off and it ran out of fluid before we knew it.
About 400 hp in it's current state. Ideas on rebuild or an affordable replacement that will hold up? I don't race the truck, and tow only occasionally.
I'm a const guy, so I need the truck, but at the same time-darn sure tight on funds. Any help would be much appreciated. thx! I am in the Phx area.
