i put a 03 lq4 and a 04 4l80 in my 92 gmc typhoon .I just put trans in and the converter is like half inch away from flexplate it says in directions whould have no more than 3/16 has any one else had this problem. the motor is a 03 so it does have the spacer on the crank and i reused it on new sfi flewplate . Please help. who sells the spacers sorry it is a yank 3600 triple disc

The stock 80E flexplates are dished so I think you will need a different plate to make it work.
