Been working on installing my 80E this weekend thought i might share some pix

15000206 - Converter dust cover
12551367 - 6.0 Flexplate
12563532 - Crank Spacer
12553332 - Flexplate bolts (6 required)
15198439 - 4L80E Dipstick tube
15183801 - 4L80E Dipstick
15013290 - 4L80E Shift cable bracket at transmission
11589040 - 4L60/65/70/80/85E Toque converter bolt (6 required)
The tranny mount can be re-used because they use the same part number (15767858)

Sweet. Take a bunch more. I'm starting mine on Thursday. Where did you get that crossmember?

Also, did you need the spacer for the flywheel? I have a 6L in the truck using my 5.3's flywheel. I have a spcer as well as a 6L flywheel with the spacer already welded on. I just don't know if I need it or not. The guy who set up this 80E before me said he had a 5.3 flywheel on his 6L with no spacer and the 80E hooked right up.

I've got a 5.3 Flexplate and i only had to modifay it
bought the spacer and ended up not needing it...
am waiting for HPT to deliever my new VCM so0 i can tune it and test it out

Lol, I would be interested but I would need it by Thursday. The 80E I bought has one with it but I'm not sure its is going to line up because it was for a 03 model. I have access to a torch and metal if needed. Yours does look good. I bet you could find a few buyers if you made a couple more. I might even get one later after I am running again just to clean up the install. If you think about doing it, PM me a price.
