Default 4L80E advice?

I have been thinking of installing a 4L80E in my 1/2 ton for a while and I found this kit on E-bay what do you think, would it be a good deal?

Some people don't posses enginuity. On an OBS all you need is the 80E and the dipstick tube.

for someone who doesnt weld or has no access to a welding machine or a welder than i say yes its a pretty decent deal for 250... not the 385.... i did the exact same weld job at my work for free.. cut some metal off a old scrap A/C and cut the cross member and welded that dude up... fit perfect... i used an extra crossmember as a jig... ALSO most of that stuff will come with a trans when you get one out of a junk yard... i didnt pay for any of that... it was all included in the junk yard 80E

I think I might buy it I don't have a welder and most of the stuff is brand new I have already priced it all out what he has on there and it is way more expensive than what he is asking and also I have read a few of his posts and I think he was military it didn't seem like he was a retard just didn't put up with peoples comments very short tempered!
