Which 4l80e converter

What would be a good converter for the new tranny and turbo.

02Denali had good results with his vig 3200 but you need a big tranny cooler and fans on it so it doesnt overheat in stop and go traffic.

I think the majority of us are using PI converters. Only problem is they are EXPENSIVE!!! Mine was $950 for the Z71 and $999 for the RCSB

Anything smaller than their 3disc multiplate might be problematic according to them due to the HD nature of the trans and our heavy trucks.

What stall are you running F8L? How are the street manners. I had a 2600 stall with my 4l60e and it had good street manners and performed well.

I am now using a PI 3000stall It's the 3plate multi-disc one. I cannot comment on street manners yet because the truck is on a stock tune so it is VERY sluggish. I'll report on the whole new setup after I get a tune done on Sat.
