not sure. why you want it? i have to say i have never felt anything shift like this one does and run as cool as this one does. i have to say it is bad *** but i'm kinda heavy.

The 80E is the stoutest trans I have ran yet but I wouldn't think about upgrading unless you break what you have. The 80E swap is a lot of work, will cost $$$, take more power, and add weight.

if i get a circle-d with ls1 bolt pattern i don't need a flywheel and spacer, right? just need mount, shafts, input shaft for t-case and wiring? i have a tune that was made years ago for me for 4l80e (4l80e patch).

I've got a Yank SC3000 for 4L80E/LS1 with an SFI flexplate... if youre gonna do it, thats the way I think it should be done IMO...

Trans line adapter, or just to -6 line like I did and you dont have to worry about it.

why does everyone say 80e cost so much? im looking at 1000 with a tune and all parts. thats with a 04 80e with 24k on it. i see some people talking about spending over 3 grand to do it.

For a 4wd you have to get the tcase gear which is 300, then another driveshaft for the front which can range in price so about 150. I paid 800 shipped for my 4wd 80e and 100 for the shift kit, when it was all said and done I probably had 15-1600.
