4l80e slugish and shifts hard ?

I have a 2001 2500 hd 4x4. It has 200,000 miles on it. Engine runs good but tranny is slugish on take off and shifts hard in every gear when hot. No check engine light. Can any one help?

check fluid see if its burning! or low

fluid is good. The engine and tranny is out of the truck now. Dont know if that will help or hurt in finding problem
