4L80E Swap Checklist

Just trying to make sure I get EVERYTHING before I start the swap.

I have:

4L80E with stock dip stick and transmission lines.

Speartech 4L60 to 4L80 conversion harness.

Crank Spacer

Hughes 3500 Stall which appears to have holes drilled for 11 and 11.5 bolt pattern.

I need:

A good transmission cooler, opinions welcome!

Crossmember....Will one out of a 2500HD work or will I have to modify?

4L80E Transmission mount.

Flexplate... Do I need one if my converter will bolt up?

4L80E Yoke.

Reprogram computer to control transmission.

Am I missing anything?

Yes and I searched but still couldnt find some of the answers I was looking for. I think I have everything together was just trying to get a second opinion before I rip the tranny out of the truck and find out I will have to put it back in cause im missing something.
