4l80e swap second connector?

I think my Auto track Transfer case had two speed sensors. I also think the rear sensor of the 4l80e is for 2wd output shaft speed.

Hmmm, I hate to throw another monkey wrench into this but my situation is even more complicated. This is all a swap project, the 6.0L, the 4L80E, and my transfer case into an older 4x4 truck. I am using the NP241C case (my only cost effective option because of the speed sensor included on the case, the adapter for the 4L80E and the passenger side drop) and speartech harness and PCM. There was an extra long connector that I'm assuming might be for the T-case VSS but also that remaining 4L80E connector. I'll check my speartech info sheet and see if that is a VSS. But then agin, is the pulse rate the same in cases that you guys use and the NP241C. I can understand if you guys don't want to help me with this since I'm doing a frankenstein project.
