Default 4wd dropped

Ok I am going to be dropping me 04 4wd ccsb in the next week or two! Question is...who has experiance with this as far as height goes? I know how to put one on...have done several! Just want to get a good height the first time around! I was going to go 4/6 with 22's and helper airbags in the back to help for towing.

What are you using to lower it? Quite a few lowered torsion bar trucks on here.

Not really sure yet...torsion keys, and maybe spindles in the front and a flip kit in the back

You won't be able to level it with just keys and spindles. For the best ride i'd get mcg drop spindles and djm lower control arms. Or even the control arms with drop keys would be a better option than keys and spindles.

ok...I might check into the control arms and keys...for the front! I see the truck on your post...im going to take a wild guess and say thats yours...so my question what the suspension setup and wheel and tire combo that you have going there? Was that truck originally a 4wd or what?

Yeah it was originally 4wd. I have djm upper and lower control arms, drop spindles, keys and a flip kit with shackles in the rear. 285/35r22 tires.

Ya go with DJM LCAs and keys. That way you can use the keys to fine tune the front to match the back. Getting DJM LCAs may take some time so order them well before you wanna get her lowered.

I will do man! I think that would be better. How does that truck of yours handle the 4/6 and have you noticed any downsides to your setup
