4wd lanch... what ya think
guys.. i have a z71 bing built with 500+ hp motor... i would like to race it in 4 high to stop from spinning tires. i am sure some drive trian upgrades are a must.. what has worked for others. ( may end up a round 800 rwhp). what are some good products that work for others.. thanks

Keeping your CV axles straight (parallel to the ground) is the best way to run them.. so if you can strap it down to do that, and your pretty much set.
only other things is a good transmission and a good posi traction in the rear.

STRESS the trans and rear-end part of that.
Would be wise to rebuild the front diff with factory bearings and seals just to make sure they are in good shape. For the rear, most people on here go with (pick your fav. brand) girdle cover, diff cap studs, and a truetrac.

You are not going to build a 60e for a 1000hp in a truck. What is your setup? A 80E is a overall bigger and heavier trans, they are a common upgrade due to their strength however they are not a direct bolt in as they are slightly longer (about 2") Weight and power kill transmissions, 60's do not like either.
