thats really not bad..

i got the....

4l80e (junkyard)
trans came with...
converter (didnt use - still in shed)
yoke
flexplate
spacer
dipstick and tube
sensor harness - cut it off the donors harness... ended up going speartech - but shoudve repinned it myself
bellhousing cover/ and bolts
shifter cable bracket
other accessories - 750$ for everything
speartech harness - 150$
bracket - 0$ homemade with mig machine and some metal we had laying around at work
trans lines- cut one of them and added some 3/8s metal brake line and couplings... 10$ from autoparts store
segment swap in pcm - 75$ from Futral motorsports.. locally
shift kit - installed myself - 120

so total 1105 dollars.. then i bought a 3600 yank converter - 1000 bucks...

i was told you can reuse your dipstick and only need a 80e dipstick tube. so far for my swap this wednesday i have

flexplate/spacer
long bolts for flexplate
dipstick tube
yoke
2nd speed sensor
modded crossmember
tranny lines off a 2500 surburban
a 4l80e and converter
dustsheild
and shifter cable bracket and everything else came on tranny.

I bought a Hughes tube and dipstick. I tried putting it in, and it fit horrible. I threw it out, and used my original. I took a tubing cutter, and cut it a couple times welding it back together to make it work. Now it fits like a glove. I used the 60e dipstick.
