60ft times with new gear?

Without knowing your current 60 foot times, its hard to determine what the difference will be. I doubt you will notice a huge difference on bottom end. The truck will probably drive better all around, especailly on the highway.

What kind of milege can I expect to loose? going form a 3:23 to a 3:73? any ideas?

none maybe even better with the 3.73 gears, but every truck is different.

would you be interested in selling the 3.23 gears?

Yeah, once I get the 3:73's ordered and installed....maybe 2 or 3 more weeks

Just out of curiosity have you found an installer yet?
I am looking to do the swap as soon as I can find a reasonable price on an install....

when i did my gear swap from 42's to 73's to 10's i never really noticed a drop in et so to speak. granted there was probably a tenth difference but traction started getting crappy so there went the tenth. what i noticed most about a gear swap was daily driving. it was much nicer with the 73's and then even better with the 10's.

Rick Stevens in Santa Fe...bad *** race car builder/faber....bring the stuff to do it with and he will install it all for $150...plus if you have any prob's...just bring it back...

Yeah, I will have to post his number tomorrow though, its at work. Santa Fe is off of 45 past league city. Near Lamarque/hitchcock area. He said he is busy and I would Have to schedule an appointment...Not that long of a wait though, and would only take him maybe half a day to do it
