Default 6L80 -> 8L90 swap in GMT900

I figured somebody would have done this by now, but I can't find anything online.

It's because it's not possible to control the 8L90e in a GMT-900 with a GMT-900 computer and TCM.

The 5.3 and 6.2 with the 8L90e in the newer trucks use a torque based controllers that are 5x as complicated as the older E38 controllers used in the previous trucks. There is no way to tell the computer was to do and the E38 controller was never designed to run a 8 speed transmission, they only used 4 speeds and 6 speeds.
