Default 6L80e Stall

What stall are those with 6.2s running? Brian at Circle D recommended I go with the HP series torque converter rated for 500 HP but I eventually want to run nitrous.

I have a turbo 5.3 with a 6l80 making around 600 hp. I run the circle d multi disk 3600 convertor no problems......yet

Like Brian suggested, the 278mm HP series is a great choice for a DD truck and it will take a small shot. Pro series multi is nice though... plenty of growing room. Really depends on how aggressive you want to get and your future plans on the truck.

imo i would never stall a 6l80e because the converter applies more pressure to the tranny and will hurt it after a while. you can still do a cam and keep the stock converter just stay low on duration like 220-226 id say and you'll make good power

What?? A performance torque convertor works the same as it has for decades. What do you mean applies more pressure to the transmission?
