yea they are expensive.. used is gonna be your best bet... but i hate buying used stuff.... spend the money and you wont have to worry... Yank or Circle D

If I had to guess, since they put that small motor in a heavy van with a 4l80e, then they would have used the highest stall they could so that motor could get it moving. Kind of like the TB I6 converters in the 4l60e's. Probable around 2500...
